Concept Letter Guidelines

Organizations are required to submit one copy of a one-page concept letter describing the purpose of the request, including the critical need to be addressed, amount requested, and contact information.

Applications for  nominations are due by September 4th at 4:00 p.m.  The award will be presented at the National Philanthropy Day Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. on November 12, 2019 at the Bass Pro White River Conference Center. 

Grant Round 40 Progress Reports

Progress Reports for Grant Round 40 must be received by 4:00 on September 16, 2019.

Grant Round 43 Concept Letters
